In English this week we are writing Newspaper Reports about events that happened in WW1.

Maths:

Mrs Westlake’s group to add 2, 2 digit numbers and 3 one digit numbers.

Mrs Glover’s group to look at measures.

Reading: Please continue with Bug Club and the Reading challenge.

Some children do not have any books signed off in their reading challenge booklet. Please could you sign in any of the boxes that they have completed.

Mathletics- New activities added.

Please remember that on Wednesday next week it is Christmas jumper and hat day in return for brining a bottle or teddy for the tombolas.

 

Spellings:

Adding ‘ed’ ing’ ‘er’ and ‘est’ to a root word ending in ‘y’ with a consonant before it – e.g – funnier and funniest
